Flight From Moria

A simple scenario is still to be developed for this module. For public participation games, rules and scenarios often need to be simplified to allow games to conclude in a short space of time. The idea is to give people a taste of what the real game is like, without the complications. By allowing people to sample many different games at an open day, public participation games try to attract new people to the hobby of wargaming.

A cut down version of the "Flight to Lothlorien" scenario from "The Fellowship of the Ring" rulebook is a possible basis for a scenario on this module.

Another alternative would be a scenario where the Fellowship have to take the long path, but a horde of Goblins come pouring out of Moria and are able to take the short cuts straight over the rocks.
