NWA members often put on displays outside the club. This is helpful in attracting new members and showing off the wargaming hobby to the public.

 On Sunday 23rd May, NWA displayed at Little Wars. This is a get together of many of the wargames clubs and wargamers from Victoria. It was held at club Tivoli, which is at 291 Dandenong Road, Windsor VIC 3181.
NWA put on 4 games: Lord of the Rings, 3-D Space Hulk, War of the Worlds and Super System as well as helping out all over the place. See some of the photos and the many different games being played. Just click on the "read more" below.

The City of Maroondah is a council area consisting of several eastern suburbs of the city of Melbourne (Australia). Each year the Maroondah council put on a festival. As part of the festival the council makes space available for clubs and societies from the area to show what they do. The festival for the past few years has been held near the main shopping precinct of the suburb of Croydon, not far from the Croydon venue of NWA.

 The City of Whitehorse puts on a festival each year at the Nunawading Civic Centre. This is not far from the Mitcham venue of Nunawading Wargames Association. As part of the festival the council makes space available for clubs and societies from the area to show what they do. NWA was invited along again by the Eastern Suburbs Scale Model Association to share some of their space at the festival.

Once again NWA was invited by Games Workshop to participate in Conflict Melbourne held at the Box Hill Town Hall on Sunday 15-Apr-07. This event included tournaments for Lord of the Rings, Warhammer 40K and Warhammer Fantasy.
Conflict is a set of tournaments run in the capital city of several states of Australia by Games Workshop each year. Conflict Melbourne 2007 was held at the Box Hill Town Hall; an eastern suburb of Melbourne. Have a look below at many of the games on display.
