The tournament will consist of four (4) rounds total, two rounds per day starting at 9.00am and 1.30pm.
Rules: DBM v3.1, including any official
amendments released by the authors.
Army to be selected (single list only) from any
DBM Army Lists Books 1 to 4 (2nd Ed), up to 1500AD and not exceeding 400AP.
Players to provide their own terrain.
The umpire reserves the right to reject any terrain pieces deemed inappropriate by design or layout.
Dice for each game will be provided by the
organisers.
All figures must be appropriately based, painted
and accurately depict the troops they represent.
Scoring will be the standard 0-10. Score sheets will be provided.
Duration: 3 hours 30 minutes +0-30 mins random overtime.
Draw will be be standard Swiss Chess with a random draw in the first round.
All games will be expected to achieve a minimum 12 bounds per player. At the three
hour mark of each round, any match not reaching 10 bounds/player or 12 bounds/player by 3.5 hour mark will go to 3 minute Blitz
(as per Cancon 2005 tournament procedures)
Cost of entry: $25.00 for entries & army lists received prior to 14th July 2006, $30.00
thereafter.

all points, the total element equivalents and demoralistion level for each command.

Trophies to be awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd placings, Most Improved Player and Goliath Award. “Most Improved Player” is
based on the competitor who best performs above their pre-tournament ranking. The "Goliath" award will be given to that player who defeats a higher ranked player with the largest differential
between their rankings.
First place winner will receive a copy of "Conquest of the Empire",
